MCV reports that long awaited (for a few years now) racing sim Gran Turismo 5 has been delayed again. That’s because it’s rumored that GT5 will incorporate Move as well as 3D. It seems like everything with CG has to be in 3D nowadays. Did you know that there’s going to be a Men in Black 3D? Seriously?
Remember the Feather Hop power up? No? Then you haven’t played the grandaddy of all kart racing games, the original Super Mario Kart. It was originally released seventeen years ago for the SNES. And though not as pretty as current incarnations, it is still plays like a timeless classic.
In a Mercedes Benz video posted on gtplanet (via N4G) the game’s creator, Kazunori Yamauchi, can be seen inspecting a thick Blu-Ray box which is more than likely what the final package for Gran Turismo 5 will look like. The curious thing is: it contains three separate Blu-Ray cases. One case is black, one red, and one blue. What on earth could they be for?

What Is It?
Blur is an arcade style racing game with 60 licensed cars and adds power ups to mix. It is easy to pick-up and play that will have 20 cars on track at once, racing and collecting power-ups. They include the ability to shoot huge bursts of energy to blast other cars out of the way as well as the expected speed boosts. Players can race with up to 20 racers online in competitive and team-based multiplayer, or play old fashioned 4-player split-screen.
