Capcom Confirms PC Street Fighter has Limits

If you’re going to play Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition for PC, be sure to be sure to have an online connection for Games for Windows Live (GFWL), otherwise you’ll miss out on a whole lot of content. Capcom has confirmed that offline players will not have access to a majority of the game’s 39 characters. Ugh…would it have killed them to add one more character for an even 40? But I digress.
