Activision Sues EA

Speaking of lawsuits, the legal drama between Call of Duty publisher Activision and former Infinity Ward heads Jason West and Vince Zampella rages on. Gamespot reports that Activision has named arch-rival Electronic Arts as defendant, including the publisher in its suit against West and Zampella.

Ex-Harmonix Shareholders Sue Viacom

As if the Viacom dropping Harmonix drama wasn’t enough, now the former shareholders of Harmonix — which includes its founders, Alex Rigopulos and Eran Egozy — are suing Viacom for holding out on their performance based bonuses and manipulating cost in order to reduce said bonuses.
