The Japanese apparently still don’t care for American consoles. Wedbush Morgan Securities recently published a massive 210 page report on the future of the video game industry. Analyst Michael Pachter has predicted that Microsoft’s weak spot as ever will be Japan, where it is lagging behind the Wii and the PS3, and it is just ahead of the old PS2.

Developer Obsidian has confirmed that it is no longer working on the title. It was originally announced by Sega in 2006.

You can always tell that the next Harry Potter movie is just around the corner when you see it in the upcoming release section. The same goes for the new Ice Age movie. Movie games aside, that seems to be the only big things coming out this week. Unless you want to count the new Call of Juarez game. Hell, I’d count that over a new Mega Man game any day of the week.
